Went over for the AFL. Location of the hotel is 1.7km walking distance to Adelaide Oval and about 1.0km into the Rundle Mall. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Great room. Great breakfast. Great location - although it is in an area of night clubs, massage parlours and the like, we felt very safe (I expect that around 2.00am in the morning you might want to avoid). Couple in their late 50's. Would stay again for sure. Uber to the airport around $16.

We stayed here during our holiday in Australia and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was big and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that was the best one of our holiday so far, it was great. Free wifi was useful. We were surprised that there wasn't a safe in the hotel room but the room information did say reception would hold valuables, so we left our passports and travel documents with them and were given a receipt for them. I here was a lovely rooftop pool and sauna but we didn't use them (we were going to go for a swim but the water felt too cold). We used the laundry facilities in the hotel - you paid to was but the drying was free. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel but we had bar meals at night and the food was good. The only downside was that we could hear loud music on the Saturday night but it wasn't too loud that it was unbearable. Would we stay here again? Yes, definitely, if we ever came back to Adelaide.

An older building, but very neat and clean. Large rooms. Spa separate from shower. Good in-house bar and restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. Easy walking distance to shopping, galleries, convention centre and Adelaide Oval.

i thank all staff help..but i thank arron let me breakfast early on sun..and i thank mai help me to call up last min.maybe i book it near future.the food pizza is delicious.the wether is nice n cool.i hope wish to stay more long 10 day but i stay only 5 only at hotel

This feels almost like a boutique hotel after staying in larger places. Everything was clean and well presented on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and its only a 5 to 10 minute walk up to Rundle Mall. There is a bar and a connected restaurant downstairs as well as a rooftop area with lounges and a pool. Even though it's across the road from a couple of night spots we could hear very little of it and didn't keep us awake. Would revisit this place.

I stayed here for couple of nights, even though I am ACCOR platinum member, they gave me what I belive their worst possible room. Evertthing in the room including walls, light and even the chair is white. There is absoloutly no ambience!!! The room 221 even didn't have a desk! For me that I wss on business travel, it couldn't be worse! I couldn't find even 1 good reason to recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed here recently on a work trip, and the area is well located in a part of town that isn't too busy, but remains accessible to the Convention Centre and surrounds. The hotel itself is much more tired and in need of a spruce up than the photos suggest. The rooms are adequate and have everything you need, but are otherwise nothing particularly special. What makes up for it, however, is a small team of staff who are personable and helpful. Nothing is too hard, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and this level of service was consistent across the board from reception to room service to restaurant staff. The car park is small, and often booked out, but there is a large multistorey carpark nearby that the hotel can give 24h passes for if necessary. This hotel is worth a look if you want a reasonable value hotel without needing all the latest furnishings.

Found this hotel on last minute, but would highly recommend to stay. Nothing was too much for the wonderful counter staff, Harsh and V, who assisted us in not only parking our too high vehicle, but also with giving us a pass for some free parking, and then printing airline tickets. Thank you so much for all your help. Your friendly attitude was truly appreciated.

The hotel is branded as a Novotel but it is not to same standard as other Novotel Hotels. The service is friendly and helpful but the hotel standard is not up to scratch. Wouldn't rush back as there too quick.

I booked through Booking.com and got a Superior Suite for a reasonable price for 3 nights. It had a lovely Spa which we utilised as we needed it badly after the six days Larapinta walk. It was awesome and the showers were great. The room was spacious and the king size bed was really comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to the Museums, art gallery and the malls. As it was close to the malls, we were spoilt for choice on food. When we were there, we were fortunate to go for Tasting Australia at the square. There is tram just at the back of the hotel that leads to Glenelg. In short, I'd definitely book this hotel again, as it had everything we wanted and the staff was really helpful.
