Check in was seamless. The room was squeaky clean. It was a very simple room but everything was well placed. The location is right in the center of the bustling Oxford Street the busiest street in Accra. So that means everything is super close from food, atm, souvenirs, casinos, taxis, shopping...etc. Also means it's alot going on and noise being made. Not to much staff will you run into as the reception closes around 5pm-630pm. I didn't know of a way to contact someone if anything was needed but I'm sure there is a way. The hotel is apart of a conglomerate of businesses including a lounge type of club at the top floor. The hotel is only two floors and a bank, cell phone company and other business make up the rest. So not your typical Hotel if you will. Staff is friendly though. The only major issue is they have water issues and it may not work, but once they are notified it doesn't take long for them to rectify the issue. Mines was off twice in the two days that I stayed there. There are bats that fly around a tree at night so if your driving be mindful as the bats poop on the cars under the tree. Parking is free also. But a nice safe location with decent clean spacious rooms. I've read that check in can be a frenzy but mines was absolutely seamless. I booked at like 2pm and received an email and text message saying my room was ready about 15 minutes after I booked. Now they we're having problems with the key making situation but nothing major. Overall decent priced & safe.

Very clean room, great staff, banks and shops nearby but this area is definitely a party area. Be prepared for a very busy strip, very loud music and large crowds of people. The rooms were beautiful but there was a rooftop party on the top of the hotel and the music was thumping until 4am in the morning. So if you are a partygoeer this is the place for you. If you are not a party goer or someone traveling with a family or small children and are traveling on a weekend, you may need to consider that. Other than that the rooms look exactly as advertised. It was really spacious and again the staff was really helpful.

Clean room, banks and shops nearby. On a busy strip. This was a really nice place. The pictures are very consistent with how the room looks. The only issue that I had is that we stayed on a friday night and they had a party on the roof type and the music was super loud and was playing until about 4am in the morning. Again, the apartment itself was beautiful and the staff was wonderful but in the evening the music was thumping so it was a bit difficult for us to sleep. So this place is probably really good for partygoers and people who do not mind loud music being played all night but for small families you may need to be prepared if your stay includes a weekend.

Great location. The property is situated in the heart of the action on Oxford street. Housekeeping is attentive to your needs along with 24 security. The room is spacious and equipped with a smart desk for your cellular phone and laptop needs.

The accommodation itself is excellent. This is a very new property and the apartment you get is as close to world-class as Accra can offer. The property doesnt get a five-star rating for two reasons, one quite serious. First off, and most importantly, is the NOISE. The property is part of a mixed-use complex right at the heart of the tourist district ("Oxford Street"). As such, it is understandably in a crowded, noisy, area. But that trade-off should work fine for those looking to soak in the fun and energy of Accra. Also, the location makes dining and shopping a breeze. The PROBLEM, however, is that the management decided to also plant a NIGHT CLUB right at the top of the building. And then failed to invest in serious sound-proofing. Throughout my stay, the blaring music continued into dawn of every day. Not sure if this is just a festive season thing but being unable to sleep properly was a major downside. The second issue is far less serious and appears to be an oversight. The unit was stocked with water and most toiletries, except shampoo and body lotion. Though the front-desk promised to provide body lotion, they never did. PS: The onsite restaurant doesnt open until after 4pm. It is colocated with the nighclub, which opens later in the evening.
