🐶 Traveling with Pets? We welcome house-trained pets, but they must be approved in advance. Additional pet fees and a refundable security deposit apply. Please notify us when booking.

🕒 Quiet Time: We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM, in respect of the residential community.

🚭 No Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking of any kind (including vapes or e-cigarettes) indoors is strictly prohibited.

🎉 No Parties or Events: We maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Gatherings, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.

🚘 Parking: Guests must use the assigned designated parking spot in the building’s basement. Street parking is not permitted.

We also kindly ask you to treat the space with care, report any damages immediately, and check the full house rules before booking.

HOUSE RULES

Noise levels must be kept strictly low during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time;
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-9AM;
No smoking allowed; This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, tobacco or any kind
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed to in writing;
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles.
