300 m² bourgeois house with very spacious rooms, in a traditional farmhouse with a square courtyard. The exterior is currently being renovated.
Parking is available in the 400 m² paved, tree-lined, private courtyard (enclosed and secured by a motorized gate). Deckchairs, a Weber barbecue, and a ping-pong table are also available.

On the ground floor: large living room with a 3.50 m table, a lounge area with a 160 cm TV on an articulated arm, and an unusable fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, 6-burner gas stove, food processor).
Separate bedroom with a glass roof, 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), and a shower. A second lounge/library area is also available. A bathroom with a 120 x 100 cm shower is also available. Toilet.

Upstairs: Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and sink, Bedroom with 4 single beds (90x200) (can be converted into 2 double beds (180x200), Bedroom with 3 single beds (including 2 beds that can be converted into 1 double bed). Bathroom with double walk-in shower (1.80x1.20m), bathtub, and toilet.
