Not a good experience this time. They forgot to pick me up from the airport as agreed. After an hour wait and several phone calls, the shuttle driver arrived at the airport and apologized. Check in was ok and the team was helpful, but check out was more disappointing. They watched me carry my 5 bags, including 3 * 50 lbs (23 kg) suitcases, from my 2nd floor room to the ground floor reception. No one offered to help, and I did it one suitcase at the time using the stairs (no elevators, no luggage cart). I came with my first heavy suitcase to the receptionist and said I was checking out but I had more bags upstairs, thinking she would call for help. She said: bring all your bags down and bring the key card first before I check you out. Took me 20 minutes and a lot of sweat as there was no AC in the halls, and none of the 3 workers at the reception room thought about helping. No smile, no "did you have a great stay?". Took another 10 minutes to make their POS work and let me swipe my card. No need to mention that I did not tip anyone this time, even though the shuttle driver and the check in team deserved it.

Mon séjour du 17-18 Août 2024 à l’hôtel Miliet était très agréable. Le personnel, incluant le gardien, l’accueil, le restaurant est très accueillant, poli et attentionné. La chambre standard était bien propre et accueillante. Mon favoris était le petit déjeuner continental. Ce serait chouette d’avoir une carte de menu dans les chambres. J’ai juste déploré n’avoir pas bénéficié de la navette pour l’aéroport vue que c’est l’un des services qui m’a attiré quand j’ai réservé l’hôtel. Ma sœur et son époux qui y sont restés encore une nuit ont énormément apprécié leurs séjours. Je recommande l’hôtel Miliet!

It was decent. A little hard to find as it’s off on a side road but it was pretty good. Foods ok but a little pricey but free airport shuttle is a plus.
