One of five units in a quiet residential neighborhood, it features a full kitchen & dining area, a cozy living space with a wood burning fireplace, two bedrooms that are located upstairs , a washer / dryer, a private patio with a large backyard and fire pit, and a dock you can fish off of! The townhome is only a short drive from both Providence Canyon & Florence Marina State Parks.
