Orbitz did not deliver with the reservation and it was never made with the hotel - I called Orbitz yesterday and was placed on hold forever !!!! The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating me at the last minute since I didn’t have a reservation.

I wasn’t able to take a bath because the drain stop was broken, it looked bent so it wouldn’t hold any of the water, it just drained right out. Kinda disappointed because that why I picked the room. Other than that the room was absolutely beautiful & the view was incredible!!

Staff was decent and friendly, room was satisfactory as a former house keeper I am very picky about room cleanliness. The bathroom could have used a bit more attention around the floor tiles and base trim and the shower head could have used a good cleaning. Mini bar was hidden behind a locked cabinet ...

We like everything about it. The staff are sooo friendly and helpful. The room is exquisite. The fireplace nook is super cozy and the view is absolutely stunning. We are thinking we will come back for the holidays every year.
