Flights to El Dorado International Airport (BOG) will give passengers the chance to get to experience at least some of the many festivals and annual events for which Bogota is so well known. A flight to El Dorado International Airport (BOG) will take passengers directly into the heart of the capital city of Bogota in Colombia. You ll find yourself just eight miles away from the city's downtown area. Passengers can also get to the city via bus or taxi.
Bogota hosts many more permanent attractions for tourists to visit including the Gold Museum, the Museo Botero, the Colombian National Museum, Bogota Botanical Garden and Bolivar Square. Also worth a visit is the proud symbol of Bogota, the Cerro de Monserrate; the peak that flanks the east of the city is topped with a white church, and offers incredible views.
