All imma say is Francisco was great he is a real people person but Wendy & Joanna was totally terribles ,nasty attitude and unwilling to assist with everything they has no communication skills and just need to learn how to be polite to paying customers to comes to visit a place you work at

The resort was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms, amenities, and facilities were great. My only vice is the food is not so great. It's very bland and tasteless. If you like flavor, I suggest bringing your own spices/pepper sauce.

Restaurant staff were fine, the food, however, was, on a whole, not good. The breakfast buffet had quite a variety of options, but the birds feeding on the food that was not covered was a little gross. A smaller resort, which was fine, never had to scramble for a pool or beach chaise. Entertainment was ok, and the bars were great when they werenā€™t out of an ingredient for your favorite drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. After a much needed updating it could be a real gem.

I wasn't able to check in at check in time and was given no accommodations for the inconvenience. Also there's no water pressure in the toilets so it's hard to flush and the shower water wouldn't go down the drain

The property boasts 9 places to DRINK/EAT. Three of those are in one building, and that building is always closed. Food is meh. At best. They say they have top shelf liquor, but barely have bottom shelf The beach is great. Curacao is grwat, just dont stay here. Also, 15 min to get a drink when there is a short line regularly.
