Good Location near Grizzly and Wolf Center. Nice plaxe but limited continental breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, toast and some pastries. Asked for water and was told, "the sink is over there." Filled bottles no problem.

We did not have a good experience here. Ice makers were all broken on every floor. When we asked where we could find ice we were told “try the gas station” We arrived at midnight to check in and nobody was there to check us in, so we had to sleep in the car until 2am when someone finally called us to let us know they were back at the front desk. Major failings at basic hospitality all around.

I didn’t like how the hotel receptionist would use fowl language in front of costumers and the rooms didn’t have working lights when we got here
