Beautiful small hotel in an outstanding central location. Despite the busy local streets, the hotel is very quite. I heard no street noise at all from my room. Staff is wonderfully attentive and friendly. Excellent breakfast included. The only thing I wish was different is a choice of rooms with truly separate beds for people sleeping separately or proper queen/king beds for people sleeping together. The conjoined twin beds, while common in hotels across the region, are not ideal for two people sleeping separately, nor are they great for two people sleeping together.

You cannot find a more central location to all that is beautiful and desired in Vienna. Our beautiful room looked directly into the front of St. Stephan's cathedral. It was a wonderful view as the first and last thing we saw each day.
The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Diana and Sophie were lovely and incredibly resourceful. This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed. The breakfast included with the hotel was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel is in an ideal location for walking to all the major sites in Vienna. The staff is friendly and helpful, all their restaurant recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The room was very nice with heated tile bathroom floor and heated towel rack. We could not have been happier.

It was great, difficult to drive to get there, but totally worth it. Clean, stylish, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Front desk Diana was extra helpful to assist us with anything needed, and so was her colleague Rashid. Likely to be back there.
This is a superior hotel! We enjoyed viewing the cathedral from our window (and the room was soundproof with windows closed), the access to the subway, the shopping, the restaurants. But, most of all, we loved the hotel itself...so modern, clean, with so many amenities, just a huge WOW factor.
Nice hotel in the center of Wien. Clean, comfortable room, responsive staff and excellent breakfast. Stephansplatz is very crowded every day and a little noisy at night.
The hotel location is perfect ! In front of St Stephens and right next to a metro stop... in the center of Vienna !!.. The staff is wonderful and breakfast is great.. And the hotel gives you mini ‘gifts’ in your room daily which is a very nice touch.. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Vienna..
