The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice. The heat wasn’t working week but they had provided plenty of extra blankets. The view of the Rialto bridge and grand canal right outside my window was just perfect. Would highly recommend.

This hotel was built in 1592 and it's still standing! The location was perfect for shopping! The Fondaco Di Tedeschi mall is meters away. The shops along the Rialto Bridge and corridors has plenty of souvenirs. Water taxis, gondola rides and the vaporetto are located just steps from the front of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was tasty. The bed and pillows were more firm than we are accustomed to, but that was my only disappointment. We would definitely recommend!

Amazing suite overlooking the Rialto bridge and grand canel. Centrally located to everything including water buses and taxis. Friendly staff which speak multiple languages.

This hotel is right at the heart of the Rialto Bridge, and it is centrally located. The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They are very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. The facilities are "quaint" and the decor is very reminiscent of the 1960s. Even the air conditioner is "nonstalgic."

Small room but everything there that you need. A comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Room overlooked the Rialto Bridge which was a bonus. Great location and convenient when travelling to a from airport with Alilaguna stop close by. No hotel bar but a great bar next door with reasonable prices. Only one lift so sometimes needed to wait a few minutes Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again. Recommended.

Great Hotel and breakfast
We stayed for two nights as we traveled through Italy. Service was awesome. Room was clean. Reception was more than helpful and kind. The only notch was the bed was a bit stiff, don’t know if thats an Italy thing, but not a big deal. The breakfast was good nothing too fancy but not terrible either a good decent breakfast with great service. The building has some charm we got lost at first but it was fun to see. Terrance view is amazing especially at night. Would highly recommend this hotel.
