The rooms are large and well furnished. The hotel is charming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The bathrooms are modern and clean. I would definitely book here again.

This hotel has the best location right on the corner of St. Mark’s Square. Make sure to request the room with the balcony. The daytime staff was excellent and professional. At nighttime, however, they seem to close everything down and the one staff person at night basically seems to sleeps in the office behind the lobby counter. He’s totally unprofessional. Comes out yawning, rude and unhelpful in every way.

Nice location nice staff. But small beds attached to each. Other and not good mattress very hard old and room was very noisy till 1130 night. And very poor cheap breakfast I wouldn’t recommend to stay there since there is lots of places around
