Check time is told to you as 3:00 pm. However, they didn’t have rooms cleaned so had to wait 1.5-2 hours for room. When I asked about this they round about said it’s a concert weekend what do you expect? I think they should change their check in time if this is a regular occurrence. Very inconvenient.

I just loved how they made you feel like family. You never had to lift a finger, they were always able and willing to help make sure your stay was comfortable. Valet parking for my disabled husband. It was just a wonderful experience. Will DEFINITELY be staying again!!!
