Stayed here with my six year old child. The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing and far from where the taxi dropped us off, but the hotel itself was nice. The shower was very clean, altho unused since they have a public bath. I prefer to stay at hotels with a public bath since they offer the hotel yukata as therefore I don’t have to pack pajamas. I accidentally went to their other hotel, even after doing research but realized later that I was looking at the wrong shuttlebus timetable. Not a big deal. Staff at both locations were very friendly. Good: on-time free shuttle service, with friendly driver.

From check in to check out, everything went well and I am very satisfied with this hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful, polite and have very professional service skills. Bus driver also was very helpful and had professional attitude towards driving. Room is very simple but comfortable bed. Nothing wrong things.
