Great location, walking distance to train station. Nothing fancy but it’s clean.
We had to book this place last min because our flight was cancelled and needed something affordable because our other accommodation was not refundable. . This was a great price with all the amenities. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. A lot of things were in walking distance and the subway close by. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent stay. Very clean hotel.
Location is amazing. More attention to cleaning the rooms was needed.
Very good - clean and quiet, good location and excellent transport links. Decent sized room especially for Tokyo. Recommended highly.
The room was larger than I expected. The shower was awesome!
Great location a few minute walk to Shinjuku and Yoyogi train stations. One subway line right next to the hotel. Lots of shopping and eating opportunities within a very short walk. Also close to Kabukicho excitement. Check in had a big line, they make no exceptions for their check in time. The room was very nice. Their breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. Laundry located on each floor. They had a wide selection of amenities that you pickup from the lobby.
Almost all the male front desks staff were very rude. They didn’t smile at all and always kept a long face when the guests approached and asked questions. They insisted the guests to use the computer to self check in but didn’t tell us the room number is on the receipt. I asked if I could change to get on the airport limousine at the hotel instead of the Shinjuku bus terminal and the front desk staff asked me to call them by myself or buy a new ticket. Very “helpful”. The hotel is pretty old in general even they have renovated. The worst part I think is still those male front desk staff.
The hotel location is great where you can access to all shopping mall and JR station within 7 mins walk distance, many good restaurants, shopping malls, electric stores near by. The down side is the staffs are not very friendly and speak limited English. One of the worst experience I had was the washing machine didn't able to dry my clothes even I did extra dry time with additional 2 hours long. The hotel staffs blamed me not know how to use the washing machine instead understand the machine was not working properly. I had half of my clothes washed and left undry, and I had to check out and went to Kyoto. Therefore, the I had to left the clothes and the hotel staff will taking care them until I come back to Tokyo a week later. I talked to the manager to responsible for some fees of the clothes which I have to buy again in Kyoto as half my clothes is not able to bring it with me to Kyoto. He said okay but when I returned, he said they can only pay for some undershirt which is around 1000 yen, and the clothes wouldn't paid. The most upset part is not about the money, is the manager wouldn't smile or greet me when he saw me, instead he acts like I am a stranger and it was my mistake not know how to use washing machine. He has full attitude toward to me as I am a non speak Japanese female. This is unacceptable how he treated me with his attitude and language. I can understand they do not speak good English or some miscommunication but I do not accept anyone who does not respect.
