Check in is 3pm for this hotel. I arrived early but was willing to wait until check in time since my husband has dementia and I had missed a flight I had no choice. They were not communicating what the issue was behind the delay, but 3pm check in was missed so they didn’t check us in until 6pm knowing I had a flight at 4am so I wasn’t going to be there the whole night. We were exhausted and just wanted to check in to rest before leaving so early in the morning.
Management was terrible she was rude, didn’t offer any sympathy for the delay and didn’t offer any help at all.
To everyone who books here beware you may be delayed check in until night time and you just have to deal with it because management for this hotel doesn’t care about its guests.
