It's not what it used to be 15 years ago. Apparently ownership charged in 2020, to the detriment of this once phenominal property, yet somehow, the price has increased dramatically. I never saw house cleaning, both the dining and breakfast restaurants are no longer in operation, there were only two luggage carts (for a 125 room hotel) and they were both missing. No part of this hotel has been maintained, and the few "repairs" I saw were literally black duct tape hold floors and walls together, perilously. The 5 staff members were friendly, decent, and amenable, but since they weren't provided with any tools for successful customer service, they could offer nothing but the grace they bring to the table. So sad to see a once beautiful property be intentionally left to rot.

Horrible experiance the second night of our stay, had i not lived two states away i would have just gone home.. Pool closes at 9 and after requesting the DANCE MOMS AND DAUGHTERS to please quiet down around 9:30, then going to the desk shortly after, they finally had everyone leave the pool arou d 10pm.. then the young girls from dance competitions proceeded to scream in their room and hallway so we finally fell asleep around midnight. Machines in game room kept taking money and not working or just not giving a prize when people won, however the front desk said they could do nothing but that I could call the number on the machines. I didnt even try to go speak to them when the change machine stopped working as I already knew the response. Would never go here again.

The property did not look like the photos, amenities need to be updated there was no balcony or patio attached to our deluxe room, as pictured on the booking website. Disappointed in the lack of food in house which was stated would be available, it was stated when booking breakfast would be available from 8-11 at an additional cost, we had to leave the hotel which was disappointing. Also stated was a snack /deli this location had only vending machines. The pool temperature was not comfortable, nor was there a hot tub as described on the amenities on the booking site. Unfortunately our family will not be returning for a stay at this location.
