I arrived a little after 3 and was told if I wanted to check in early (4 pm checkin) I’d have to pay an extra $25. BTW- the room was ready. I said “no thanks” I then asked about a late checkout today. Checkout is at 11 am, late checkout up to 1 pm was I believe an additional $20 and until 4 pm an additional $50. This hotel isn’t that spectacular to justify this. I also heard other people complaining about the early check in. I won’t be back. Clearly being an Expedia Gold doesn’t get you anything at this hotel.

A very nice stay
The hotel was very nice but there are hidden fees after the hotels.com prices like parking and other fee's, we were upgraded to a king suite that was very nice.
