The room was very clean with great design. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the rooms next to you talking. They do provide ear plugs to manage this while you sleep though!

We experienced an issue with the television in our room - the staff spent over 90 minutes trying to resolve the issue; we were offered the room complimentary due to the inconvenience of the situation. I feel as though we were lied to or misled by the guest room supervisor to placate us. We never asked for the room being complimentary, however, bad form for not carrying through on his words. Just a ridiculous situation which had the guest room supervisor having to contact Vegas as the TV's for all MGM hotels are controlled by one centralized server...Not sure who dropped the ball on us but we waited a full week to see if the refund would materialize - it never did.
