I reserved a king room and when i checked in they said they only had 2 queens. She said they were overbooked so they ran out of the king rooms. The room was clean. The ironing board was older than my moms, but it was we got a kick out of setting it up and watching it collapse. Good thing we tried it out before putting a hot iron on it. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. However, the set up is crammed in the back corner. Parking was behind the building in a lot/alley next door. All in all, you get what you pay for comes to mind when i think of this hotel.

Front desk allowed us to store our bags prior to check in. They were prompt, accomodating and professional. They didn't even say my room number aloud, which is a big indicator to me that they take my security seriously, A . Jerome, one of the shuttle drivers was very prompt and provided seriously door to door service from the hotel to the restaurant of our choice. He even gave us a coupon for our restaurant. Super cool and unexpected. The shuttle to dinner and to the airport was the biggest convenience for us as we didn't have our our own transportation. They didn't complain once and did it with a smile. My only complaint was from the view from the room we had was of the dumpster area of a hotel competitor. It wasn't bad, and a view isnt important to us but the other hotels trash was absolutely overfilled up to the top of the fence and covered the entire dumpster area. We are hospitality professionals ourselves and this will be our hotel of choice when we travel to SeaTac for now on. Thanks for a great stay.
