I like this hotel since day one; however, the quality of food is declining. The green juice in the breakfast just to be delicious, now it has become just green water. It has been drastically diluted by filling up the container with ice. My wife complained about a salty zucchini spaghetti; she was told that a recipe was follow, and the plate was just brought back to our table without any change. Kudos to Tania in the restaurant and Alejandra in the reception. They made us feel welcome and gaves the attention and service like no one has done it.

The parking needs to be better organized, no one helped with luggage. Also was not aware that the room key had to be used for the lights in the room. Bar doesn’t even know how to make a skinny margarita. And at check out no one mentioned you had to get your parking validated.

Very much everything was great. This time, I noticed drink stains on the couch in my room. Although noise outside the building is not something the hotel can control, but there was a musical band playing very loud into late late hour of the night.
