Staff isn’t friendly or helpful at all. Our room had a tv that didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t blow cold air. The bathroom was really bad…old and stained shower sink and toilet. The toilet ran constantly after flushing it unless we fiddled with the handle. The smell on our floor was horrible from the minute you step off the elevator. Getting your car out of parking with valet was hard to do…the link they give to retrieve your car doesn’t get your car retrieved. You have to go to them, if you can find them and then stand around until they find your keys and then find your vehicle. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Front desk takes an eyternity to pick up the phone, I tried calling a few times before my stay and the hung up on me three times and the rest when they did decide to pick up I waited a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Then when it was time to check in on Friday February 23rd, the black male who attended us for check in looked so out of it like he was so confused he didn’t know what he was doing,I really thought he was on some sort of drug for the way he was acting plus had slurred speech I could barely understand.I didn’t like when it was time to check out I noticed they had charged half the amount of what they should’ve, come to find out it was a “temporary hold” and it didnt count towards the amount I owed, now I read the fine print on both, the app and papers I signed and it never said such thing would happen so it caught me off guard and un prepared, fortunately the issue was solved but the only big downside was since they took so long on helping me they made me miss my plane over this inconvenience. Talking of inconveniences, the toilet in my suite didn’t flush properly from the start, maintenance never came by to clean so we had piles of trash in the corner and the fridge didn’t cool properly so the food we had in it went bad. The area around the hotel was super unsafe, had to walk fast into the hotel. Our experience was super under expectations, we wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place. We really deserved some discount or something for it.

The pool and hot tub were broken. This was the most important reason we chose this hotel. We were told we would get a discount on stay but that didn't happen. We needed to request daily towels and room straightening/cleaning. We requested rooms close together but we were 2 floors apart. Employees had different prices when asked about roll-a-way bed. Didn't know parking for guests was free.
