Chose this place because it is pet friendly and centrally located but far enough away from much of the busier SA traffic. Found out when we arrived that only one car per room was allowed to park in their parking lot. Our second vehicle had to be parked at a parking garage up the street, kind of inconvenient and a bit scary walking back to hotel alone at night. Lobby clean and front desk staff friendly. But hallway to rooms was overwhelmingingly scented with a cheap cleanser. It hit us like a wall when we got off the elevator. Upon entering the room, you realize the cleanser is meant to cover the old dog pee smells (pet friendly hotel). Found a previous guests clothing behind our tv and a cockroach crawling in the shower, just overall did not feel clean in that room. Our second night, my mom called down to the front desk to request more towels be sent to the room. The woman who answered was curt and told my mom she had to come downstairs to grab them herself. When my mom huffily and sarcastically said,’Well, that’s great service.’, the front desk agent answered,’Mmm Hmm.’ And hung up. Lol. Won’t be staying here again.
