Nice apartment
Very nice place. Great accommodations. Updated inside. Neighborhood was questionable at first site. Turned out to be nice. Would stay again.

Good for Short Stay
The unit we used was very clean & the kichen had all the necessary gadgets. The bath was small, but also had a selection of soaps & lotions and plenty of towels. There was rock ground cover over the whole yard & not too good for young pets or any outdoor activity. The surroundings did not offer a good security vibe.

clean and comfortable, a little noisy
This was a great place for our family with kids (teens). It is clean and very comfortable with a nicely remodeled interior, updated kitchen appliances and sleeps up to 6. Definitely better than a smoky hotel/casino! Jeff the property manager was great to work with. The only drawback is the noise from upstairs neighbors - we could clearly hear voices, children crying, dropping things on the floor, etc. - this was noticeable mornings and evenings but middle of the night was quiet enough. As others mentioned there is no outlet in the bathroom. Overall a great stay in a great location. Would stay here again.

Kevin Hart
We stayed at this VRBO for two nights from Phoenix Arizona. We came up to go to the Kevin Hart comedy tour. Little to my surprise this little gem was in the heart of downtown. Only a 5 minute drive to the Reno Events Center and all of the casinos. The property was super clean, easy lockbox access, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The one thing is there is no outlet in the bathroom so as for a female it’s hard to not be able to blow dry my hair or curl it without seeing myself in a mirror. It’s a minor thing so please don’t get hung up on that small issue. I highly recommend coming to this space. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had some work at the University, and this place was very conveniently located. It is updated and clean and nice on the inside. The building and neighborhood are run down. There is a half inch Gap at the bottom of the front door for some reason. You can easily hear people to decide and above you, but that's no different than any other apartment building. Check in and everything was a breeze.

Wonderful property!
We rented this lovely apartment for a short stay to attend my nieces wedding. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment! It was clean and beautiful and had the most comfortable king-size bed I’ve ever slept in. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and centrally located. Our host, Jeff, was extremely responsive during the booking process. I really wouldn’t change a thing about this apartment! We would definitely stay here again!
