My favorite part of this hotel was the free airport shuttle which we used when we landed in Reno and when we were headed back to the airport -- great service!! The only downside was the free hotel breakfast which was cold. I had turkey sausage while my husband got bacon both of which were cold when we bit into them. The eggs were not cold but not hot either.
Very clean and new, with a lot of space. The sheets are amazingly soft.
I really enjoyed the stay because everyone was nice and professional. I really enjoyed the cleaniness of the property and the stay was peacefull and quiet.

Great room, comfy beds, big bathrooms, clean. Couldn’t really ask for more. And the included breakfast was definitely better than most. All in all would stay here again.
Honestly we just needed a place to sleep on the way to our destination. We arrived late, around midnight, and asked about the pool. It was closed. The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful and offered to open the pool for us. We reluctantly declined. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We like to stay at HIE because the rooms are usually comfortable and we love the free breakfast. Naturally we were disappointed that there was no hot breakfast due to the covid nonsense but we were able to get their signature cinnamon rolls so all was not lost. Over all it was a positive experience.
It was very nice. I would go back and stay an again.
this hotel is outdated the furniture phones lamps are at least 10 years old, the breakfast is very plain,taste less, very very expensive for a 10 year old hotel and tasteless food.
My family really happy about the hotel because of the room so clean, breakfast is delicious, and good service. I will come stay again for sure.
24 hour coffee was really appreciated when we left at 4am.
Property is new and very clean. It has a small pool and gym if interested. Breakfast starts at 6am and has a good selection of food. Pretty close to the airport and a good choice for short stays.
