I stay for 3 days and every single day music and activities was the same,please at the time of check in let guest know if they do reservations for dinner they need to pay. Trasportation take so long and when you at one stop they says is that there so long walk for another stop

The platinum upgrade is a must or you’ll be far from the bar and beach Drinks don’t hit if it’s not platinum A/c is horrible apparently they don’t work correctly At my stay the first night I was moved 3 times until I finally had a room with ac at 1:30 am I had to contact lobby multiple times and hound them ( I was also traveling with an infant and a toddler ) which made me furious Once that was fixed everything else was as expected waiters expected tip for good service
