Durante mi estancia nunca lavaron el baño, tampoco cambiaron las sabanas y toallas Aparte una noche estuvimos sin luz , se que el servicio de energía eléctrica no está en sus manos y fue una falla general, pero recomendaría tuvieran una planta de luz o paneles solares

Es un lugar tranquilo y agradable, es de fácil acceso y está cerca de la playa y el Mercado. Quizá un poco más de cuidado en las instalaciones , el colcho de la habitación ya está bastante desgastado y se sentía la base de la cama en ciertas partes.

Es horrible la atención que te dan si no eres extranjero, aparte no te dan solución a los pequeños detalles que tienen, intentamos buscar wifi y no nos dieron la atención o la solución para que pudiéramos tener conexión a internet, preguntamos dónde comprar agua y nos dieron una atención horrible ni si quiera sabían donde había una tienda

El hotel no es igual a lo que se ve en la imagen de la publicidad. La piscina o alberca es demasiado fría y no le da el sol. El piso se la habitación es en cemento sin afinar..No hay agua caliente Es demasiado básico para el precio

Buena ubicación en Zicatela, alejado del ruido de la fiesta. Zona tranquila. El tamaño de los cuartos es adecuado. La almohada olía un poco a humedad (entiendo que al ser un sitio en la playa tiende a). El baño pequeño en proporción a la habitación.
