I have been waiting on a call from management since my stay. I called twice to complain about my room with no resolution and when I checked out, I let the woman at the desk know and she stated she was sorry no one had contacted me and she would make sure they did. My room was clean upon check in but the bathroom wasn’t. The tub had hair all in it., the trash was full, the toilet paper was half used and the open, used soap was sitting on the counter. The room also smelled like cigarettes, I called to complain and was told a supervisor would be made aware but heard nothing. The second night, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I was staying with two babies and a husband who has asthma. He coughed all night despite me calling down again to complain of the heavy smoke smell, there was never any resolution.
The pool is also the smallest thing anyone could ever imagine. Maybe can fit a few people.
