typical tiny paris hotel. very small room but aside form that nice and clean.
The hotel is clean, readily accessible (5-10 min walking distance to three different metro stations (two different metro lines). The bed was comfortable, nice down (or down alternative) pillows and bathroom with nice shower and all new hardware. The staff was very nice and helpful and the place is kept very clean. The place was very compact though. My room had a tiny balcony (not really usable), the double bed occupied over 80% of the room (less than 2 feet or about 0.5 meter between bed and three walls). A very tiny desk - actually more like a plank at one corner. No closet but shelves built around the bed (the pictures on hotel web site are very accurate). You get the idea. The hallways were very narrow, the elevator was tiny (myself and a carry on luggage all that would fit in it. For me it was all fine because I only used to place for sleeping. However, if you're looking to relax in your room (or anywhere else in the hotel), you better look elsewhere (and probably pay a lot more).

Dear Max, Thank you for taking time to share your valuable review. We are sorry to know that your recent stay at our hotel was not completely satisfying. We understand that you are unhappy due to space and size of the room. We apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused. Regarding the room size, in Paris, hotel rooms may seem small. Instead of a single or double room, you can choose a twin room for more space or even a suite. You can always let us know your preference while booking or during arrival. Thank you for complimenting our service, our high-level cleanliness, and the facilities. We take pride in our service, ambiance and specially designed interiors which is a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. We also pay particular attention to hygiene. Hence you will always find our hotel spotless, attractive rooms with all the amenities in affordable packages including the breakfast. We assure you that we are located in one of the best parts of the town, and accessible to easy traveling options. We are very near to Austerlitz train station and New Sorbonne University; also between the metro stations Saint Marcel (line 5, connected to Bastille, République, Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord railway stations) and Austerlitz (line 10, leading to Saint Germain district + RER C with direct access to Orly airport, Eiffel Tower and Versailles). The bus stop for line 91 leads you directly to Bastille, Gare de Lyon or Montparnasse. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. We hope to welcome you back in the future. All the best. Didier CASTAING, Manager
