The stuff was extremely rude from the minute we got there. We also realized it wasn’t just us but anyone checking in. Manager was screaming at a couple on their honeymoon. They also add additional fees without telling you.
The views of the Eifell Tower were amazing from our balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff of the Comtesse were very professional and accommodating. Some restaurants were very close and within easy walking distance. Overall good area only about a 10 minute walk to the Eifell. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at La Comtesse Hotel for spring break, and I was very happy with everything! Location is fantastic! Walking distance from restaurants, train stations, bus routes and the Eiffel Tower! Beautiful view of the tower from our room. The free breakfast was definitely a plus, always fresh and very clean. Emelie and her staff were especially accommodating! Anything we asked or needed they would be tend to. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel. ❤️
The Hotel was very clean, with very helpful staff, and in a perfect location to walk to several major sites and cafes. What made it a place we will absolutely return to when we visit Paris was the view! From our balcony we had an unbelievable view of La Tour Eiffel! It made our trip to Paris perfect!

We came in late from Italy and left early the next morning, but our time there and experience with the staff during the booking process and coordination with taxis to and from the airport was great.
We very much enjoyed our stay at La Comtesse. The housekeeping staff was excellent, as well as the front desk staff. The hotel was perfectly located by the Eiffel Tower and along the tour bus route.

We loved this hotel! Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights on a visit for Valentine’s Day and it was perfect. Convenient location to the metro and cute eateries and bakeries and grocers all I’m walking distance. The room was small but they made good use of the space and the bathroom was large.

Regarding the additional fees you say without your knowledge, could you please tell what it was ? Probably you are referring to the city tax which is always added on the room bill for the guests and which is fro them to pay at their check-out (it is levied by the city of Paris and is 2.88 Euros per person and per day).
