Very good stay for the price

Clean and cozy

The ONLY reason I book hotels during vacations is to sleep. However, sleep is near impossible at this hotel. It is located across an alley from St. Christopher's Inn Hostel. That place has a bar/nightclub and countless teenagers fill the area screaming, fighting, singing, and chanting until past 3:00am. As I said, sleep is the only reason I book hotels. If I did not need sleep, I would spend the night sightseeing or something. So, It is difficult for me to rate anything else about the hotel when I could not sleep at all. The hotel management should work with the city police to get better control of the disorderly conduct that comes from St. Christopher's Inn. Unless they do that, I would never stay here again.

Its location near two major train stations was very convenient, and there were some good restaurants within walking distance. It was in a busy neighborhood, but I didn't hear street noise, just noise from some neighbors down the hall. Not a lot of amenities, but a good place if one is just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would be OK with staying there again. My only suggestion would be shower curtains; it was hard to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor.

A very pleasant two nights stay. Room are clean with good amenities. Staff particularly the three gentleman at front office are very professional and nice! Highly recommend if you consider staying the area close to the train station

We like the location of the hotel because it was very close to the Paris Nord Station. The only set back was room was so small. You can barely move around but everything else was good.

We had a great experience! The staff members were very friendly, and the room was lovely. The only down side was the distressed front curb which made getting luggage around a bit difficult; other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

The people at the front desk were all GREAT!!!!! Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff courteous.

The best feature is that it is close to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est. It is not in a great neighborhood and there is a lot of street noise and sirens. Wifi is poor and has not improved since last year. Water in showers is terrible and will alternately freeze and scald you. Hotel has 6 floors and a very tiny and slow elevator. Breakfast is pretty minimal.

The hotel is a block away from Gare du Nord, which is a 40 minute train ride from CDG airport and has a lot of Metro stations nearby, so it was very convenient. The area is not as nice as St. Germain, but we are looking for a place to lay our heads after a day of sightseeing, so it served our purpose. The room is a typical European size (smaller than the US) but was sufficient. The staff spoke good English and was very friendly.

Nice hotel. Very little room and elevator. Breakfast is €$12. Friendly people. They offer shuttle service to airport €$18 a person, problem is they don't show up, we had to take and Uber after 30 minutes of waiting. If you are coming back at night and you are walking from metro for example, outside hotel you are going to encounter homeless people and African immigrants hanging out (they have several bars in the adjacent blocks), I did not feel unsafe anyway.

Hotel was great.Very close to Gard du nord train station which was a plus. Staff friendly. Really didn't spend much time in the room because we were doing tourist things around Paris every day. Only problem was that the shower water pressure would get very hot all of a sudden. Also internet was a little slow and restricted. There was one English Channel on the TV which was ok to have. But overall I would stay here again.
