The only complaint is that you cannot change from heat/air in your room. We had it freezing (55 degrees) one day and hot (78 degrees) within two days. It would have been nice to be able to adjust your room to your own comfort. Also it should not be mandatory that you do valet parking! It was nice and convenient for us but we shouldn't have been forced to! We also had a handicap but were not told that we didn't have to pay. We found this out from another guest after the fact. It would have been nice to know this!

We arrived early hoping to get in our room! They told us as soon as it was cleaned! Told us 4 times it was clean just waiting for it to be inspected l! Finally at 20minutes after check in time we got our keys! Get to our room and she’s still cleaning it! Very confusing!

This hotel is located across the street from the beach on a main thoroughfare. It’s very loud due to traffic. We were told a major amount of their cleaning crew quit and it showed. Floors were dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned for days. It was very difficult to get toilet paper, fresh towels, etc. The restaurant was very understaffed. We waited 20 minutes to even receive acknowledgement from the 1 and only waitstaff trying to serve the whole restaurant. We, along with several others, eventually just left and went elsewhere for lunch. My husband had a cocktail at the bar one night and paid over $25! That same drink at the restaurant right next door was $12. The breakfast was very good. Linika (sp?) at the front desk went above and beyond and was the best part of our stay. Hilton hotels….as Honor members, we expect better!
