Excellent hotel in the perfect location! Great big bed, excellent view, staff was incredibly helpful! Only downside is the very basic decor of the bathrooms as well as the carpet being older in our room. Excellent bar on 36th floor with panoramic view of the entire city! An excellent choice!

Hotel is good location by train direct from airport. Also come with onsen service within the hotel but for some reason, my booking was not entitled and friend booked elsewhere with the same type of room entitled. Overall service from hotel is good

Don't look at other options. Book this hotel.
We last minute booked this hotel and walked from the Namba Oriental Hotel (highly do not recommend) and are so happy that we did because this hotel was perfection! Nothing negative to report. All staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is ideally located within a transit station for quick access to shopping, food, transit, whatever you may want. Ideal location in regards to placement in Osaka as well. Beds and room was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful from our room. Room service food was good when we chose to order in. The hotel has several restaurants on the 10th floor to dine in. They offer an extensive list of service options via a QR code within the hotel room. Everything was great.

Lovely quality furnishings. Bed comfortable. Staff excellent and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices and fantastic quality. View was superb. Rooms and bathroom quite small. Rm 2830 smelled of smoke. No Netflix or movies on tv.

The Swissotel Namba is well designed, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, clean, very modern, accessible to all modes of transportation, close to major attractions and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there the next time we are in Osaka.
