This place is TERRIBLE! Check-in was quick and easy. The complementary cookies and bottled water upon check-in is a nice perk. Staff members, Emily and Cori were great, they provided great customer service. However, when I left the lobby and entered the building my room was located in, that lobby was DIRTY! Didn’t smell good, there was trash falling out of the bin, the floors were sticky, elevator was dirty as well. When I got out of the elevator, there was a large bucket holding water that was leaking from the ceiling, which made the entire floor smell like mildew. Finally I entered my room, it smelled of mold and mildew, I looked down, there was a huge wet spot on the carpet. I walked into the the bathroom, the door literally had black stains and fingerprints all over, the toilet had pubic hair on it, the front of the lid and seat had what appeared to be smeared poop, and the seat was supposed to be white, but was yellowish/brown, which was gross! Inside the toilet bowl was dirty as well, shower liner was filthy. Also, both the sink and tub were clogged. I took photos, went back to the lobby, I spoke to Cori, showed the photos, he was quick to offer me a new room, and was apologetic. I was able to view the new room before moving my belongings. The second room was just as BAD! I went into the bathroom, there was a house shower curtain as if someone had lived there, and the tub was filthy!!! I’m aware this isn’t a five-star hotel, but that was unacceptable. Don’t bother.
