Filthy. Roaches and bedbugs. When I asked the front desk why Orbitz misrepresented the hotel with photos that look nothing like the property I was asked if I checked the Google reviews before I booked. Like really?! Idiots at the front desk should not be working in so-called hospitality.

This properly is a disgrace to call it a hotel! I soon as I try to check in the "guest Agent" was having an argument with a guest about the ice machines" the guests was trying to get some but the agent was like" well thats what we have and if it is not working it is what it is. #2- I booked the room to be pay at property; they call me at 9 am that day to collect payment if not they were about ro cancel.my reservation. #3 - After checking im I was plave on room #100 next to the entrance and the reception nack wall. 4# As soon as you walk to the room the smell of asbestos and humidity was overwhelming that I started coughing immediately. 5# Room floor were dirty 6# Every surface had dust 7# There's a strange door that does not connect to another room in the room that was suspicious and quiet honest feeling unsafe. 8# Every light fixture had dust and spider Webbs. #9 Bathroom toilet and counters was dirty #10 Beds completely uncomfortable. I can go on and on... After been there about an hour I booked another hotel and left. The person at the desk was in a bad mood and not approachable so I decided to.leave and then contact the hotel. I was in town because my brother was in critical condition at the hospital and then had to deal with that was too much. I contacted the hotel but they haven't call me or email me yet. I would like for orbitz to interfere on this. Companies should not have any business dealings with thay company.

First room they put us in was filthy, most of the lights didn't' work. No trash can in the room. TV didn't work. They moved us to another room, but beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked VERY loud when you moved at all. There was also a lady who had an overdose in the parking lot within the first 15 mins of us being there. Spend the extra money and book another hotel.
