Wonderful stay. Attentive staffs. Super clean room and great amenities. Love the onsen. Place is a bit noisy with kids during the holiday. The two restaurants Aomi and Shiroux were excellent, the dining experience was above and beyond! Could expand the wine selections.

Stay here has honestly been such a magical experience. The rooms, facilities and restaurants are exceptional. The staff are beyond amazing. However, I would like to pay a special mention to Steven from AOMI restaurant who went above and beyond to accomodate us and make our dining experience so special. His customer service and knowledge on local cuisine exceeded all expectations. My partner and I cannot wait to return again.
