Rooms are so noisy
Hotel common area were great. But an upper floor with a partial ocean view turned out to be 4th floor, sliver of ocean view, and close view of dumpsters. Fyi, dumpsters are emptied daily around 6am

This property is in a high traffic and loud part of town. It doesn't quiet down until 3am
Super well maintained property! The vibe across the property is one of casual chic. The pool scene was fun too!
Alohilani has the best hotel lobby, people are friendly especially the concierge and the attendants. I absolutely loved my stay there! Thank you Alohilani! 😊
Excellent stay and friendly staff
I am a diabetic and asked three separate times where a SHARPS container was located. They looked at me like I’d grown a 3rd eye. Finally I was told that one would be brought to my hotel room but it never ended up happening at all. This was a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and also a violation of reasonable accommodations under federal law.
Carpet looks very dirty, bathroom is super small, the worst of all we got bed bug bites. Room is very outdated for new hotel.

Great hotel with nice breakfast! However the only pool onsite was rented out to private event multiple days during our stay. This is unacceptable as they advertise pool with stay! Front desk staff was a bit overwhelmed with the volume. The rooms need some better upkeep, and cleaning and paint/touch up in the bathrooms. However the gym and work out rooms were wonderful. Swell breakfast buffet was fantastic. Thanks.
