The 2 diff women working the front desk the night of check in and the next day checking out were far from professional and friendly. The hotel on the outside and hallways were nice but the rooms were very outdated. My room drenched of cigarette smells and the air conditioner barely worked

Filthy and reeks of smoke. How did Orbitz ever rate this 4 stars?!?! Entire property reeks of smoke though we asked for non-smoking, it seeps in everywhere. Opened window for air despite train noise but a guest played his car stereo loudly outside our room til midnight. No fitted sheet and flat sheet not large enough to tuck under. No bedbug mattress cover and the cover that is there is stained, covering a mattress with crumbs and dirt along the seams. Floors are dirty along all of the edges. Bath sink has no stopper, didn’t drain. I had to unclog it, pulling out clumps of hair and tissue wads. Nobody has ever cleaned the sink where it attaches under the edge of the counter. Water that splashes there dislodges chunks of gunk. ICK! Nobody should ever have to stay in a disgusting room like this!

The staff was very disrespectful they have a checkout time at 11am, which is understandable I was getting my stuff ready a guy knocked on my door telling me I had to leave which I had no problem but I was packing up my belongings, he than replied leave now or I’m calling the cops. I just said give me five minutes and I left but the extreme when I was already leaving over 5-10 mins after check out is absurd
