The young men and ladies who worked there were fantastic. They were polite, helpful, friendly, and they even remembered us from a previous stay. Highly recommend this place. Yes, the furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, but so what? The place is clean, the staff is great, we stay here when we visit our son at Quinnipiac every time.

Please make sure I get credit for this in your system. I did not check in nor stay there. I went through your system over the weekend and tried to make a rez, assuming the pre-loaded dates would be the day when I was looking. They were three to 4 days ahead. I was exhausted and just wanted a room and booked it. I tried to change it or cancel it and was told it couldn’t happen. Very unhappy with the transaction and, obviously, it cost me.
