Only stay here if you have a morning flight - in that regard it’s useful. The room is small and old but functional. As a hotel it’s a 2-star; plus 1 star more for sheer convenience of location to Narita airport makes it 3-star. Be aware the shuttle bus goes to Terminal 2/3 first, then stays idle for 10 minutes, then drives 5 minutes to Terminal 1. So plan for 15 minutes more in calculating which shuttle to catch.

Excellent location if you need to be close to the airport. But hotel restaurant closed at 8:30 pm, so only vending machine food available. Difficult if your flight comes in late. No other food around. Hotel is very dated. Wallpaper staring to lift along the seams. Carpets appear dirty. Stained upholstery on chairs, Breakfast is so so compared to other Japanese hotel breakfasts. Not as much variety and quality is not great

Great Experience
This hotel is very clean and everyone is friendly. You can walk to the airport but they offer a free shuttle service. It's prefect if you need to stay the night to catch another flight. They offer a breakfast buffet too! Overall 10/10 will stay here again.
