Such a comforting and charming place just one shuttle bus away from airport. Staff are nice and friendly. Just a great experience and first impression of Japan. Must try their breakfast. Nice garden.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was very efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there was a conbini (convenience store) on-site since we were jet-lagged and only wanted a light snack. The shuttles to/from airport were well-organized, and ran every 20 minutes. Would stay here again.

This must be the best included shuttle service i have ever had. To mall, to train station and to airport, so well organized and prompt reliable schedules. I even went to tokyo via trane station, was so simple. And the curry beaf with rice is very good. The only thing missing is a pool, i wish they had one.

Although the hotel is 45 years old, it is well maintained and is in good shape. It would be nice if they can prolong their restaurant operating hours to accommodate travellers from evening flights. A 24-hour convenient store is at the lobby, bottled water and snacks can be found there! Also, this is a designated hotel to the tour of some sort, so the breakfast time can be flooded with people and noise.
