The property was fine, but returning to the place we got married at 10 years ago it was odd that we had to constantly remind staff that we were there to celebrate something special (this was also stated in our reservation notes and we mentioned it when checking in). I would also recommend a few updates for to the room cosmetics. It was also unfortunate that majority of the staff were not very friendly.
The property is overall clean . Staff is friendly. However food was not good in terms of choices . Corn was place in most breakfast food . They didn’t take into concern people who may have allergies. To mango, pineapple everything was mused . American breakfast was ok , however I have allergies to eggs and I don’t eat meat. So it was not good for me in terms of food .
Very nice facility. Need to be nester kept. AC broke. TV wouldn’t connect to internet.
Upon check-in I had a few questions and Vjay seemed to be annoyed with me. Once I got to my room it smelled of mold. We called the front desk to be moved and unfortunately, they weren't able to move us until the next day. After the move everything was much better. Shanavan checked on us right after the move and recommended that we also speak with Guest Services which I did. They said they would call me and I never heard back from them. Other than the one person at the front desk everyone else was happy to help us with any of our requests. The bellhop staff Dale and Troy were great. The bartenders served amazing drinks. Food at the restaurants we went to were also great. We loved the saxophonist and violinist that played in the lobby. It was a nice way yo wind down in the evenings.

I Loved Everything and the Hospitality of all the Staff . My Wife and I would love to live at this Resort in the future 🙏
Thé snorkeling was pretty cool. Must bring tips if you want quick service at the pool bar. Also don’t make dinner reservations on the app even though they say you can, you need to confirm with concierge if you do.
