Photos of property are probably from when it opened many years ago! Stuff all over hallway floors, no vacuuming. Clumps on hair in our room and bathroom. Bathroom has mold growing on ceiling from lack of ventilation. No fan. Vent is full lint and nasty. Bathtub has been spray painted many times and chipping off, zero water pressure, but water was hot for 4 adult showers. When bathroom was last painted they just painted the hair on the wall into the paint. Elevator did not work. We were supposed to stay one more night at the end of cruise. Decided to cancel and find a different place.
Hallway carpets were filthy. Thermostat in room didn’t control temperature.

Shuttle took 1h15m to go to airport pickup passengers up. An elderly couple said the same thing. This is very disrespectful towards the client. If you offer Shuttle every 30 minutes you must comply. Shuttle driver lied saying he did go but that is not the truth.

There were no restaurants around the area. Only a food truck. The hotel staff, informed me that I could get delivery, but when I called, they would not answer the phone.
