Coming into the entryway, you are immediately hit with how expansive the home is with the open floorplan and 12ft high ceilings featuring a sparkling chandelier. There is an easy flow from the living room to the family room to the kitchen and dining room on the first floor. Floor-to-ceiling accordion bi-fold french doors span across the rooms opening up to the backyard, making it ideal for entertaining guests. The second floor features all 4 spacious bedrooms. The master retreat has features 2 generous walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with spa-bathtub and separate rain shower, and 2 patios to enjoy the beautiful views. Two other bedrooms feature their own spacious bathroom and entrance to an oversized balcony. The large backyard has a BBQ and dining area and a relaxing pool with spa. There is 2-car garage with ample storage along with a 6-car gated courtyard to avoid street parking.
