The tv never worked. There was a bag of soiled linen out front my room door for a day the service at the rooftop was poor. They also charged my card twice two days in a row which messed my banking card up and I couldn’t use the rest of trip and since it was my only card it was a rough on my trip and stay in LA

Our room restroom had sitting water all over the floor, had sitting water all over the counters in the restroom. The countertops in the bedroom were dirty, like never wipe down the bench that we can put our luggage on was dirty floor close to the window was dirty. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms we told them no just have somebody come clean it so we stepped out so they can clean it. The reason why we didn’t want to switch rooms because we seen our friends room and it was super small and our room was a handicap room so it was big. There were lots of extra charges, not just what was displayed on your app, they charge us twice for valet, and we still have not received our credit so I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Fun and funky hotel with great amenities, modern style and design. Service was excellent, location perfect. Elevator system shared with Moxy is a bit confusing as is access to the 8th floor restaurants.
