It was fine but does not live up to reputation or star rating. Little rooms and staff not particularly helpful. If your goal is to be like most London hotels—at a somewhat inflated price—accomplished.

Overall for the one night we were in this location, the hotel was great. Only opportunity we experienced was the pillows as they were poor quality.
I am 78 and have lived around the world including visits to the worlds major cities. The Waldorf Hilton London experience was the best 5 star staff I have ever encountered. Helpful and considerate at every turn. Concierge staff could not have done more to make this trip memorable. Will return there again in a year or two so we can finish our touring of the NEW MODERN LONDON
Great location. Older hotel, nothing really fancy about this hotel. Staff was great. Floors in room were very creaky, if that is a word. Breakfast buffet was good. Not worth 25 dollars a person, so make sure u get breakfast included. For the price, i would look elsewhere.
