Very pleasant experience! Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient and walkable location in the theater district. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

New, chic and trendy boutique hotel ten minutes’ walk from the tube. I appreciated the early check-in! The rooftop is lovely (although our server was a little clueless). The room was small but fab. Very comfortable bed, terrific rain shower. My one complaint is about the TV: It’s too small with poor picture quality, and while it appears to have a lot of channels, many of them don’t work.
They are not ready for prime time. The place just opened and runs chaotically. The rooms are so small and cramped with no storage. Horrible design.
