This is one of the worst stays for us here, we stayed 2 nights here. Both the nights the air conditioning was not working. We complained several times to the front office, while the staff were courteous and empathetic, they just could not figure out how to either get it fixed or get us a new room. I sent an email to the office, they responded that they will get it fixed after the first night but we had the same problem the next night. Now the other problem I have again is that I have made another reservation at this hotel for 3 nights next week and this hotel is usually a pre paid, they don’t allow cancellation so please be prepared if you are booking here. I would recommend evaluating other place to stay. Pretty bad experience, the reason I booked 5 nights here because we had a great stay in June last year. But I think since then the customer service has gone down here.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and has decor that I thought was very cool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had plenty of coffee in my room. Best of all, the staff members were kind to Josie cat, my travel companion - she got a lovely gift AND an offer for the hotel to provide her with a litter box. I loved it here.

The restaurant food was very good. Wish we had more time to eat there. Liked paying for room service by credit card each time so that I was not delayed with check out since I needed to catch their shuttle to the airport.

Reasonably priced and good location if you are flying out early in the morning. Definitely aged and worn out a bit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Finally, very little access to restaurants.

I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Lisbon. We had a group of 10, ages ranging from 11 and up. It was just the most picturesque hotel, but with modern apartments, and in the center of shops, bakery’s and restaurants. I can not say enough positive things - it is such a special gem and exceeded everyting we could have imagined for our stay in Lisbon!
