Requested housekeeping, the food not vaccine the floor in the room or sweep the bathroom which both had lots of stuff from us and from being dirty when we checked in. They also didn't make the beds they kind of pulled a sheet half way the bed but that was all. Had to call to get more towels since they didn't stock them and they still didn't bring them. It was very late so we just gave up and went to bed

I stayed at this property recently when coming to Las Vegas to attend the Rolling Stones concert at Allegient Stadium. I picked the property becuase of it's location and being close to the venue. I couldn't have been more thrilled with my decision. The property was very nice, the staff so warm friendly and welcoming. I loved that they very subtly paid homage to vegas history with little touches like photos of vegas history and people on each room number at the door, the photos in the rooms and lobby. it was just the right touch for vegas without being over the top. The breakfast provided was simple but excellent. the food area super clean and well maintained. The staff always there to offer assistance. ESPECIALLY Marjorie who couldn't have been more lovely and kind. She MADE breakfast enjoyable by her smile and positive attitude. I would totally stay here again when coming for an event at Allegiant or really any event in Las Vegas! Oh, and the pool is awesome!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Tropicana. We were in town for the International Builders Show. We read the reviews of this Hampton and the reviews had one thing in common- MARJORIE the hostess at the Morning Breakfast Bar. The first day we had breakfast, a friendly lady came up to us and asked how was our breakfast? I said you must be Marjorie. She was a delight!. The Breakfast was really good and had many options. The next day we were down before breakfast began and had a lovely conversation about family, prayer and Jesus. All the while she made sure we had everything we needed LOL. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable but Marjorie and the staff calling to make sure we had whatever we needed was the best. If you are looking for a hotel off the strip but relatively close to the Convention Center for a good price. This was a good option. We did have a car to get around so that helped. Walking to the strip to get to the monorail was a little too far away.
